The Kuwait Extreme Team will be participating in "The Garmin Barcelona Triathlon" which will be held in Barcelona on the 18th of October 2009. It is considered the most popular Triathlon in Spain; Last year registration was closed at 2500 participants, this year the traget is 4000 triathletes from all around - the triathlon will be divided in three distance categories, each classified by age range and gender:- Team Members: - Ahmad Almajed (Olympic Distance) - Rabaa Al-Hajri (Sprint Distance) - Zeddy Al-Rifai (Super Sprint Distance) - Elena Mastrota (Super Sprint Distance) Triathlon yourself!

Antwerp Ironman 70.3 (2009-07-20)
Three Members of Kuwait Extreme Team will participate in Antwerp IRONMAN 70.3 , the event will take place in the 2nd of August 2009! Ironman 70.3 races consist of a 1.9 KM swim, a 90 KM bike and a 21 KM run, which adds up to 70.3 miles of total racing.
